Building on the foundations of Phase 1, this phase equips you with advanced tools to tackle complex pastoral issues. Courses like Mastering Pastoral Counseling Utilizing Temperament offer strategies for managing stress, anger, and guilt, while promoting healthy family relationships. Using the NCCA’s proven Temperament Therapy model, Phase 2 prepares you to address the deeper emotional and relational challenges faced in ministry, empowering you to bring effective counseling to your congregation.
